  • Financial account activity and transactions (such as credit card information, payment history, account balances, and usage);

  • Swydo may also disclose Information to non-affiliated third parties in response to a subpoena, warrant, or court order, or as otherwise required or advisable considering applicable law or regulation. You may not opt-out of this sharing.
  • Swydo may collect certain financial information that Swydo receives in connection with the provision of its Services to a Client. Swydo will not use or transfer such information for any purpose other than to facilitate the commercial transaction for which the information was originally provided.

IV. Privacy and data connections
In Swydo you can connect data connections. By connecting data connections you authorize Swydo to retrieve data from third party systems and tools.

YouTube

Swydo connects to YouTube and uses the YouTube API Services to retrieve your YouTube channel data and display it in your reports and dashboards. By connecting a YouTube account through Swydo, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

Swydo’s use of information received from YouTube API Services complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Your use of Google services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

Information we access and use

When you authorize the connection, Swydo requests read-only access to your YouTube account through the following Google OAuth scopes:

– https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — view your YouTube account, channels, videos, and playlists
– https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly — view your YouTube Analytics reports
– https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics-monetary.readonly — view your monetary (revenue) YouTube Analytics reports

Swydo requests read-only access only and never creates, edits, deletes, or publishes content on your YouTube channel. Each time you open or refresh a report, Swydo retrieves the following data from the YouTube API, renders it in your report or dashboard, and does not store it on our servers:

– Account and content data — channel details, and video and playlist information such as titles, IDs, thumbnails, and publish dates.
– Performance metrics — views, watch time and estimated minutes watched, average view duration and percentage, and engagement metrics such as likes, dislikes, comments, shares, and saves.
– Audience metrics — subscribers gained and lost, subscription status, and aggregated, anonymized viewer demographics (age group, gender) and geography (country, province/region, city).
– Traffic and playback data — traffic sources, playback locations, and device and operating-system types.
– Revenue metrics — estimated revenue and related monetary analytics, where available for your account.

This information is aggregated and statistical — it describes the performance of your content and audience and does not identify individual viewers. We do not sell YouTube data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate the Swydo platform on our behalf.

Storage of your YouTube data

Swydo does not store the YouTube API Data described above. YouTube data is retrieved live from the YouTube API only when a report or dashboard is viewed, and is displayed rather than retained. The only credential we store is the OAuth token that authorizes Swydo to access your YouTube account on your behalf; this token is kept securely and is used solely to retrieve your data from the YouTube API.

Removing your access and revoking the connection

You can disconnect your YouTube account in Swydo at any time, which deletes the stored OAuth token and stops all further access to your YouTube data. You can also review and revoke Swydo’s access to your Google and YouTube data directly through your Google Account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en.
