New Report Grid (Beta)

We are excited to announce the beta release of our new report grid for 2024. This feature allows you to arrange a variety of content, such as charts, KPIs, tables, text, and images in different sizes, giving your reports a customized and professional look. With the new ‘Size Selector’ in the widgets menu, you have greater flexibility in creating your data visuals. Now, you can make your reports look exactly the way you want.

Revamped Widget Settings

We enhanced the Widget Settings sidebar. This update focuses on improving your experience and efficiency when it comes to creating and customizing widgets. We believe that these changes will improve your workflow, increase productivity, and enhance data visualization.

Email Features Upgraded

Our email features got a major facelift, too. The Scheduled Email feature now sports a sleek design, and we’ve improved the Email Template and One-Time Email options for a smoother, more intuitive experience.

Shopify Joins Swydo

Next, we made e-commerce reporting a breeze by integrating with Shopify. Now, you can connect your store and whip up comprehensive reports featuring financial KPIs, product analysis, and traffic metrics. Note that we’ve got a handy new Shopify template to get you started.

Keeping Integrations Refreshed

Throughout the year, we supercharged your reporting capabilities with numerous integration updates. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Klaviyo. Mailchimp, Pinterest, CallRail, and more received significant enhancements, offering deeper insights and saving you precious time. You may find the relevant information in our changelog.

TikTok Organic (Beta)

We introduced TikTok Organic reporting in beta for those riding the TikTok wave. Now, you can analyze both paid and organic TikTok data, giving you a comprehensive view of your social media strategy.

Stay Ahead of Your Targets

Swydo introduced an innovative monitoring feature, complete with email notifications to keep you instantly informed about the status of your client targets. Just subscribe on the Monitoring page, and you’ll never miss a beat.

GA4 Simplified

Earlier this year, we hosted a webinar with Measurelab to help you seamlessly transition to Google Analytics 4, ensuring you have all the necessary tools and resources for a smooth switch. You can watch it here. This includes helpful templates and expert tips to navigate the transition.

Client Page Makeover

The client page has been revamped to provide a more user-friendly experience. It includes a simplified view, smart report pages, sorting filters, quick action buttons, enhanced management options, and a ‘favorites’ feature for faster access to top clients.
