From your client page in Swydo, open the Data Sources tab and click New Data Source, then choose ActiveCampaign. For most platforms you’ll authorize via OAuth; a few (Klaviyo, CallRail, Call Tracking Metrics, ActiveCampaign) use an API key instead. Once authorized, pick the specific account, property, or page you want to report on. Each one becomes a data source you can drop into any report.
Yes. Every Swydo report supports widgets and KPIs from multiple data sources side by side, so a single report can pull from ActiveCampaign, Google Ads, GA4, Meta, and more. For paid-media platforms you can also blend up to five sources inside a single widget — useful for cross-channel ROAS, total spend, or unified conversion tables. Custom blended widgets aren’t available for non-ad platforms, but reports themselves can mix anything.
Yes. Swydo connects via OAuth or scoped API keys, encrypts data in transit over HTTPS, and stores access tokens with role-based controls. Swydo is GDPR-compliant and acts as a data sub-processor under a standard DPA. You can revoke any connection at any time, and on account closure all data and credentials are deleted within 90 days. Swydo offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Pricing is based on the number of data sources, not on users (seats are unlimited) or report volume. The flat plan includes 10 data sources, with a per-source rate beyond that which decreases as you scale. Frequency of reporting doesn’t affect cost. In ActiveCampaign, go to Settings → Developer. Copy your API URL (looks like youraccount.api-us1.com) and your API Access Key. Paste both into Swydo when adding the ActiveCampaign data source. The API key has read access to all data your ActiveCampaign user can see, so use a user account with appropriate scope if you only want certain segments visible.
Yes. ActiveCampaign exposes automation performance — contacts entered, completed, currently in each step — through its API, and Swydo pulls these as widget metrics. Build an Automation Performance section showing each active automation’s funnel (entered → engaged → converted). Useful for B2B and lifecycle-marketing clients where the automation program is the core deliverable.
ActiveCampaign’s CRM features (deals, pipelines, sales stages) are exposed through the API and pull into Swydo as a separate set of metrics. Build a pipeline section showing deals by stage, total pipeline value, deals closed this period, and deal-velocity metrics. Pair with email-marketing widgets to show how marketing activity moved deals down the pipeline — a strong B2B agency deliverable.

Add ActiveCampaign + LinkedIn Ads + Google Ads + Meta to your client, then build a full-funnel report: paid spend on the acquisition side, ActiveCampaign lead activity in the middle (contacts created, contacts engaged, deals created), revenue at the bottom. A custom metric like cost per qualified lead (paid spend ÷ ActiveCampaign-engaged contacts) becomes a key headline KPI.
