From your client page in Swydo, open the Data Sources tab and click New Data Source, then choose LinkedIn Ads. For most platforms you’ll authorize via OAuth; a few (Klaviyo, CallRail, Call Tracking Metrics, ActiveCampaign) use an API key instead. Once authorized, pick the specific account, property, or page you want to report on. Each one becomes a data source you can drop into any report.
Yes. Every Swydo report supports widgets and KPIs from multiple data sources side by side, so a single report can pull from LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Meta, and more. For paid-media platforms you can also blend up to five sources inside a single widget — useful for cross-channel ROAS, total spend, or unified conversion tables. Custom blended widgets aren’t available for non-ad platforms, but reports themselves can mix anything.
Yes. Swydo connects via OAuth or scoped API keys, encrypts data in transit over HTTPS, and stores access tokens with role-based controls. Swydo is GDPR-compliant and acts as a data sub-processor under a standard DPA. You can revoke any connection at any time, and on account closure all data and credentials are deleted within 90 days. RAR metrics flow through Swydo’s LinkedIn Business Manager integration, separate from the standard LinkedIn Ads connection. To enable: (1) you need a LinkedIn Business Manager account with admin access, (2) the relevant ad accounts need to be assigned to it, and (3) a CRM must be connected to Business Manager (LinkedIn syncs CRM data within ~72 hours). Once configured, RAR metrics appear as widget options inside any LinkedIn report.
Yes. Swydo pulls Lead Gen Form metrics — form opens, form fills, completion rate, cost per lead — as distinct fields within the LinkedIn Ads data source. Build a dedicated Lead Gen Forms widget showing fills by campaign, then add a funnel view (impressions → clicks → form opens → fills). For lead-quality reporting, blend the LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms widget with a HubSpot or Salesforce widget showing what stage those leads reached.
Yes. Document Ads expose engagement metrics like document opens, completion rate, and time spent — all available as widget metrics in Swydo. Conversation Ads expose CTR per CTA button, conversation flow completion, and lead conversion rate. Both formats can be reported alongside Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Forms in a unified LinkedIn section, useful for showing clients how each format performs against the same campaign objective.
Yes for HubSpot (native Swydo integration). Salesforce isn’t a direct Swydo integration, but you can pipe Salesforce data into a Google Sheet via Zapier or Make and connect that sheet to Swydo. Once both sources are in your report, build side-by-side widgets — LinkedIn-attributed leads on one side, HubSpot lifecycle progression or Salesforce pipeline value on the other — to show end-to-end LinkedIn ROI.
When you enable 2FA on LinkedIn after creating a Swydo connection, LinkedIn invalidates the existing token. Fix: keep 2FA enabled (LinkedIn Recruiter, Campaign Manager, and Sales Navigator now require it), then reauthorize the connection in Swydo from Settings → Connections. Swydo can’t disable 2FA on your behalf or get LinkedIn to grant an exemption, but reauthorization takes under a minute and the connection becomes stable afterward.
LinkedIn’s default attribution window for conversions is up to 90 days post-click and 1 day post-view. Swydo reports whatever attribution model your LinkedIn Campaign Manager is set to, so if you’ve configured 90/1 in LinkedIn, that’s what flows through. For longer-cycle B2B sales (180+ days), pair LinkedIn’s attributed conversions with a HubSpot deal-influence widget to show late-stage influence beyond LinkedIn’s window.
